Blender 3D : The experimental option.

If you do not have the experimental options set to the latest version of Blender 3D, then you may not have all the developer features available.

Here's how it's activated: in the main menu select Edit - Preferences... and in the Interface area check the Developer Extras checkbox as seen in the screenshot:
