I don't used this software into my game development and rendered.
The main reason is the big data output of this software.
You can used the fbx file output if you need with Blender 3D or default render of Marvelous software.

One rigged character with four clothes: three dresses, bath suit.

The clothes are tested with cloth tool from Blender 3D 2.79b and working good.

You can see my 3D product here.The default character is Caucasian with no hair and no animations.
