SideFX is adding MCP support via an early-preview Apex Script Comfort Package (headed to SideFX Labs). This supplies AI assistants with curated Apex Script syntax, documentation, examples, a Visual Studio Code extension, a Python panel, and a validator. It enables natural-language generation and refinement of procedural character-rigging code that the artist then owns as plain script (no ongoing LLM dependency).
